We only collect information that’s reasonably necessary for us to provide our services to you.

We collect personal information directly from you, through:
  • Forms on our website (Request an Appointment, Download the Guide, and our questionnaires)
  • Phone calls, emails and meetings
  • Website analytics tools (see Cookies, below)
We don’t collect personal information about you from third parties unless you’ve authorised us to, or unless it’s necessary to provide our services — for example, information passed to us by a mortgage broker you’ve asked us to work with.

4Who we share it with

  • Professionals we refer you to (mortgage brokers, accountants, financial planners, quantity surveyors), but only with your knowledge and, where required, your consent
  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider, and any CRM or client management software we use

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, and we don’t share it with developers, selling agents or lenders for their own marketing purposes.
